What drew you personally to this property?

You know, I’ve been on a lot of Ranches; thousands of Acres, Mountain spreads, Riverfront places and this one hit me different the first time I pulled in.

Daniel J. Murphy, the architect, really got the terrain. He designed it to look like it was meant to be here a hundred years ago.

And then Pike Builders (these guys are legends in Gunnison), took that design and gave it life. Every beam, and every stone feels like it’s part of the valley’s story.
