The barndominium comes equipped with a wood stove, washer and dryer units in its laundry room, plus an attached two-car garage. The Oak Creek Ranch includes a 2,300-square-foot barn that holds farm equipment used to maintain the ranch. Attached to the barn is a workshop and hunting lodge equipped with a meat-cutting room to process the game. Within the hunting lodge includes space for extra guests to stay.
The Oak Creek Ranch holds water rights to an acequia which runs throughout the property, irrigating the food plots and further attracting wild game species with a natural water source. The ranch is situated directly between Taos, Angel Fire, and Las Vegas, New Mexico, about an hour outside each. The ranch also has access within close range to Forest Road 76, which, if accessed with a side-by-side, can be a straighter route to both Angel Fire and Taos.
