Congratulations to our very own Jake Murphy for being awarded his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation by the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI).
There are just over 600 ALCs in the entire country (that’s less than .01% of REALTORS®).
Jake is currently the youngest ALC and was able to complete his requirements in record time. Congratulations, Jake!
To qualify for your ALC you have to complete 104 hours of school, submit a portfolio of deals with a volume requirement, and give multiple letters of recommendation from fellow ALCs. Each applicant is then reviewed by their peers for approval.
