Dan Murphy, ALC with M4 Ranch Group has been named Vice President for REALTORS ® Land Institute (RLI). In this role, Dan will continue on to be the President of RLI in 2025.
Dan has been a member of RLI for over 14 years, receiving his Accredited Land Consultant designation in 2018. Most recently, Dan was the RLI Colorado Chapter President and National RLI Education Committee Chair. He has been recognized the last several years as a Top 20 APEX Award Producer and was previously recognized in 2017 as the National Top Producer of the Year and as the National Recreational Ranch Sales Producer. In 2020, he was named Colorado Land Realtor of the Year.
Founded in 1944, the REALTORS ® Land Institute (RLI) elevates the level of professionalism in the land industry and serves as The Voice of Land by being the destination for land-industry expertise. The elite Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation distinguishes the members who achieve it as the best in the industry.
RLI awards the Accredited Land Consultant designation, the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of REALTORS®. Having the ALC Designation gives brokers the knowledge they need to close deals and speak confidently with their clients. It also gives clients confidence in their broker as the most qualified expert to help them with their land transactions. There are only 607 ALCs out of 1.6 million Realtors in the country.
