Bostwick Park Ranch

Bostwick Park Ranch is comprised of 114± acres of irrigated farmland overlooking the Black Canyon of the Gunnison and the San Juan mountains. This production ranch is a perfect setup for cattlemen and sportsmen alike. The rich alfalfa and water rights lure the abundant elk herds out of the National Park into the lush fields. The ranch is irrigated by gated pipe, with 4 shares of Bostwick Park water rights and additional 226-acre feet out of Silver Jack reservoir.

Bostwick Park is a well-known area for the abundant wildlife. Somedays you can see hundreds of elk throughout the property. The ranch located in GMU 64, which has over-the-counter archery 2nd and 3rd season elk tags.

The Ranch is located within miles of the highly acclaimed Black Canyon of the Gunnison where you can enjoy endless opportunities to soak up God's creation. You can be on the Gunnison River in minutes. The monster rainbow and brown trout attract people from afar, as the stone fly hatch brings some of the best fishing this nation has to offer. Skiers, you can hit the slopes in Telluride, Powderhorn, or Crested Butte within a relatively short drive. Bostwick Park Ranch located near the town of Montrose, Colorado, which in 2013 was voted the most "All American City". Montrose is on the Western Slope of Colorado and is a dream location where you can find every amenity from stores, restaurants, hospital, and a regional airport.
