Conejos Canyon Ranch is one of the premier fly-fishing properties on the Conejos River. Located in Conejos County, at the southern end of Colorado's beautiful San Luis Valley, the world's largest alpine valley. Nestled between Alamaditas Mesa and Mclntyre Peak on 73.50± acres of wooded, meadows, and oxbow river topography sits the Conejos Canyon Ranch.  The ranch has bragging rights over almost a mile of improved Conejos River frontage. The Conejos River is a tributary of the Rio Grande. It drains a scenic area of the eastern San Juan Mountains west of the San Luis Valley.

The county has an area of approximately 825,741 acres and is 65% public lands. The stunning San Juan Mountains rise from the western portion of the county to a height of about 13,000 feet. Conejos County is bounded by the Rio Grande (River) to the east and the State of New Mexico to the south.  The ranch is located within the boundaries of the unincorporated community of Mogote and just a short drive to the town of Antonito, Colorado at about 7,700 feet in elevation.

The residence is 2,328 square feet offering 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
