March 15, 2023 (Denver, Colorado) – Brittany Hurdle Murphy, ALC, with M4 Ranch Group out of Lake City, CO, received the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) 2022 Rising Star Award. The award recognizes a member approaching a mid-level in their career who is on their way to making significant contributions to the land profession and to RLI.
Hurdle Murphy was presented the award by 2021 winner of the award Dry Ary, ALC, at a special awards ceremony during RLI’s National Land Conference on Tuesday, March 7. Land professionals from across the country gathered in Westminster, CO, to attend NLC23, where five RLI members received awards through the esteemed REALTORS® Land Institute Leadership Awards Program. All award recipients are nominated and selected by their peers for their efforts.
Brittany was recognized as the first female in Realtors Land Institute history to receive the prestigious Land Rising Star Award.
“I am in complete shock. Thank you to the REALTORS® Land Institute for helping me reach the accomplishments in my career that I have. I am so honored to have my entire family with me here today, including my precious fiance whom I met at National Land Conference just one year ago,” said Hurdle Murphy upon receiving the award.
“Brittany is young, dynamic, and extremely hard-working,” Ary said about Hurdle Murphy. “Her passion for RLI and the industry became evident quickly after she joined the Institute. She’s no stranger to awards and has been recognized as a 2018 Woman of the Month by the Wilson Post, then received the Wilson Post’s 2018 Woman of the Year, and she was previously awarded RLI’s Chapter Administrator of the Year in 2020.”
