Dan Murphy, ALC with M4 Ranch Group has yet again been awarded the National Association of REALTORS ® Commercial Award.
Since 2006, NAR has recognized more than 600 commercial members with the annual National Commercial Award. This program honors REALTORS® who received an award or recognition for their exceptional service and contributions to the commercial real estate industry. Nominees are considered based on an award or recognition from one of the following:
- Local/State REALTOR® Association
- NAR affiliated Institute, Society or Council
- Community organization
- Real estate company
- Industry Publication
The National Association of Realtors® is America’s largest trade association, representing more than 1.5 million members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.
Dan was nominated for this award by the REALTORS ® Land Institute (RLI). Dan is the incoming vice president for RLI. Founded in 1944, the REALTORS ® Land Institute (RLI) elevates the level of professionalism in the land industry and serves as The Voice of Land by being the destination for land-industry expertise. The elite Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation distinguishes the members who achieve it as the best in the industry.
RLI awards the Accredited Land Consultant designation, the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of REALTORS®. Having the ALC Designation gives brokers the knowledge they need to close deals and speak confidently with their clients. It also gives clients confidence in their broker as the most qualified expert to help them with their land transactions. There are only 607 ALCs out of 1.6 million Realtors in the country.
