The lodge provides a large open great room with multiple sitting and dining areas, and a kitchen equipped with two ovens, a dishwasher, a sink, and refrigerators for your large group. The lodge runs off a well and city power with telephone and Wi-Fi capabilities. This unbelievable property allows for a variety of uses and is currently zoned in agriculture use status. Just off the back porch of the lodge is a 10± acre spring-fed lake with 36 acre-feet of water rights and providing excellent pasture for horses or other livestock. Across from the lodge is flat acreage providing camping, parking, and recreational ground.

The ranch sits inside Game Management Unit 77. This unit is known for abounding elk herds and is an over-the-counter unit for bull elk, providing elk tags yearly for you to enjoy hunting right out your back door.

Only 15 minutes from the ranch, is the town of Pagosa Springs providing many recreational opportunities. From the renowned Pagosa Hot Springs to fine dining, the town provides everything you could need for your enjoyment in Colorado. In the summertime, you can enjoy rafting on the San Juan River and hiking through beautiful mountains.
