Cedar Point Ranch is located just minutes outside of the charming town of Mancos, Colorado. The ranch encompasses 225± acres and backs up to 18,000± acres of hard to access BLM with an additional 577± acres of State Land Trust. The 225± acres are under a conservation easement and nestled in a beautiful valley with magnificent views of the La Plata Mountains, beautiful mesas, and green pastures. The over 40 acres of lush, irrigated fields offer two cuttings a year and roughly 2-3 tons of hay to the acre. The elk ranch is mainly irrigated by side rolls making for the highly productive ground being sustainable for up to 55 elk.
